一 | 8月16日上午，“福来浙里更出彩”——2026年度浙江福彩“走进福彩公益金资助项目”系列主题活动第五站在台州举行，60余名热心公益的社会公众代表和省、市媒体记者代表、福彩一线销售员代表、6对新人等走进风景秀美、位于台州绣爱谷景区内的颁证基地，亲眼见证福彩公益金在这里的使用情况。 Team Homebound is a step closer to turning its Oscar dream into a reality. The Neeraj Ghaywan directorial has been shortlisted for the Academy Awards 2026 in the Best International Feature Film category, placing it among 15 selected from submissions by 86 countries. With this announcement, Homebound has cleared a crucial stage in the Oscar race, and the next step is the nomination round. Academy members are required to watch all 15 films before proceeding to vote for the final five nominees. Some other films that have been shortlisted are Palestine 36 from Palestine, The Voice of Hind Rajab from Tunisia, No Other Choice from South Korea and The Secret Agent from Brazil. It follows childhood friends Shoaib (Ishaan) and Chandan (Vishal), whose shared dream of joining the police force shapes their lives, with Janhvi adding emotional depth to a story grounded in friendship, duty, and the pressures facing young India. Also Read: Karan Johar Thanks Shah Rukh Khan for His Heartfelt Praise for Homebound。省市福彩中心、黄岩区民政局有关人员共同参与了此次活动。 活动开始前，参与活动的代表们走进绣爱谷户外颁证基地，实地了解基地内各项服务设施情况。据介绍，“十四五”时期，台州市依托福彩公益金赋能婚俗改革，累计落地婚姻服务项目26个，投入福彩公益金266万元，持续完善婚姻公共服务供给，此次活动所走进的黄岩区婚姻登记处作为省级婚俗改革试点，累计使用福彩公益金35万元，主要用于服务升级和硬件设施改造、进一步推进婚俗改革工作，给予新人们更好的婚姻登记服务体验。 本次活动主题为“福来浙里更出彩，爱在浙里囍相逢”，活动以户外集体婚礼的形式开展，在绣爱谷景区的露天大草坪上，浙江福彩为新人们举行了集体婚礼，新人们参与集体颁证、共读新婚誓词，在现场所有人员的共同见证下交换对戒，完成了简约而又神圣的婚礼仪式。轮番登场的演出嘉宾，带来好听好看文娱表演的同时，也为参与活动的所有新人送上了新婚的祝福，让新人们感受到了简婚不减爱的温馨与浪漫。
二 | 活动现场，省福彩中心还向台州市有关儿童福利机构和婚姻机构捐赠了价值5 万元物资，包括新人“永结同心”套装、儿童洗护用品等。 “福来浙里更出彩”2026年浙江福彩“走进福彩公益金资助项目”系列主题活动即将过半，通过这一场场活动，让社会各界看到福彩公益金，不仅仅是对老年人、困难儿童等弱势群体的托底保障，也为推进全省婚俗改革贡献了福彩力量。接下来还有7场线下活动，下一场，浙江福彩“走进福彩公益金资助项目”系列主题活动又将带大家走进哪里呢？请大家继续关注并积极参与到活动中来，一起感受公益福彩，见证福彩公益力量。
